What counts as a conversation?
The first customer message starts a billable conversation. Replies, internal notes and continuing the same conversation do not count again. Reopening within 24 hours is included; a customer message more than 24 hours after closing starts a new billable conversation.
What happens when I reach my allowance?
Free requires an upgrade to start new billable conversations after its allowance is used. Paid plans can continue at the additional-conversation rate shown above when you enable an overage budget in Billing. The default additional budget is zero.
How do AI credits work?
Free includes 0 AI credits. Paid plans include credits that renew monthly. Unused included credits expire at the end of the period. Purchased credits have a separate balance. Automatic top-ups only run if you enable them.
Do I pay for teammates?
No. Every plan includes unlimited teammates. Invite your team to your organization to share its inbox.
Do I need a payment method?
Not for Free. A paid plan or credit purchase uses checkout; no payment is taken just for creating an account.
