Terms of use

Keep it useful. Keep it respectful.

Using SupportWhale. Updated 22 October 2026.

Your account

Use accurate information and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for your organization’s websites, team access and the content sent through the service.

Acceptable use

Use SupportWhale for legitimate customer conversations. Do not send spam, distribute harmful files, infringe others’ rights or attempt unauthorized access. We may restrict accounts involved in abuse or disruption.

Your content

You retain ownership of your content and allow the storage, transmission and processing needed to provide the service. Only share customer data and documents you are authorized to use. If you enable an AI agent, review its instructions, access and output; generated responses can be inaccurate.

Plans and pricing

Free and paid plans are described on our pricing page. Every plan includes unlimited teammates. Conversation allowances, additional-conversation rates and AI credits depend on your plan. Prices exclude VAT; applicable tax and the payable total appear before checkout. Payment details are only needed when purchasing a paid plan or credits. Included AI credits renew by billing period; purchased credits have a separate balance. Manage your plan, usage and invoices in Billing. The product continues to evolve and does not include a contractual uptime commitment.
