Create another organization

Keep teams, a widget and conversations separate under one login.

When to use another organization

An organization is an independent workspace with its own owner, members, a widget and conversations. Use separate organizations for separate companies or teams that should not share access. You can belong to several organizations with the same account.

Create the organization

  1. Sign in and open the organization picker in the sidebar.
  2. Choose New organization.
  3. Enter the company or organization name, the widget name and allowed domains (or explicitly allow all domains).
  4. Choose Create widget to complete the setup.
  5. Copy the installation script or choose Open inbox. You can customize the widget from Widget settings.

You become the owner of the new organization. Existing teammates are not automatically added: invite them and choose their organization role in the new workspace.

Switch without creating another account

Use the organization picker to switch between your organizations. Check the selected organization before inviting members, changing settings or deleting anything. Seeing a website in one organization does not grant access to it from another.

If setup reports an error, keep the form open and retry after correcting the problem. Do not repeatedly create new organizations to work around a failed widget step. Contact support if an existing setup cannot be resumed.

Next: Install the widget and send a test conversation from your website.
