What is available now?
The SupportWhale web app is available in your browser, including on your phone. Sign in with your existing account to open your organization's inbox.
The native apps for iOS and Android are coming soon. The apps page shows screenshots and features of the apps in development. The App Store and Google Play buttons are temporarily disabled; they do not start a download or open a store listing.
What the apps are built for
The apps bring the team inbox to your phone. Their current development versions include:
- Switching between organizations you can access.
- Searching and filtering open or resolved conversations.
- Replying to customers and writing private team notes.
- Assigning conversations, managing tags and resolving or reopening them.
- Choosing light, dark or system appearance and using English, Dutch or German.
They use the same SupportWhale account and organization access as the web app. Private notes stay within the team. Features shown in a preview do not mean that the apps are already publicly downloadable.
Get started while you wait
Use the web app for conversations and organization settings. Owners and administrators can install the widget, invite teammates, manage billing and view analytics.
The download buttons will be enabled when the corresponding public store releases are available. There is no need to create a separate mobile account.
